About the Event
Since 2023 Soul Yoga Foundation has been sharing evidence based yoga and mindfulness tools in our Sonoma County community providing opportunities for self-regulation, physical and mental well being and creating outreach programs in places where there isn’t currently access to yoga.
At Soul Yoga Foundation, we have been working to combat the effects of an increasing mental and physical health crisis in our youth by introducing these evidence based practices into elementary schools, with incarcerated youth, in after school programs and with youth athletic teams. Now, we need your help to expand our impact in these areas and more.
We are hosting Root to Rise, a Charity Soiree on October 4, 2026 at Luther Burbank Art and Garden Center. We expect over 150 community members and local leaders to attend.
